Delivery
Orders placed Monday to Friday will be received the following working day (not weekends). Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be delivered Tuesday. Orders placed on a Bank Holiday Monday will be delivered Wednesday.
Refunds and Returns
We want to ensure you are happy with your purchase but in the unlikely event you are not we offer a full refund (excluding postage and packaging) for any items provided they are returned to us in their original condition and packaging within 14 working days of receipt of your order. Please note you are responsible for the return postage costs. We would recommend that you obtain proof of postage for your returns as we can not offer a refund if the product is lost and there is no proof of postage.

Privacy Policy
Any personal information you provide to us will only be used by Dinkytoes to complete your order or to contact you regarding any queries and future offers. We will not provide your details to any other third parties. We do not store any debit/credit card details and we don’t receive them, all orders are secured through Paypal who do not pass on the details to us. We do reserve the right to publish any feedback you provide to us but details which could personally identify you will not be published. Please inform us you do not wish any feedback to be published and we will respect your wishes.
Availability and Design
On very rare occasions patterns may vary on socks or clothing that are displayed on the nappy cakes.
Payments
We currently only accept payments through Paypal. You do not need a Paypal account to use this service and you can use various payment methods as described in checkout. Please see Paypals terms and conditions. Paypal securely deal with your card details and are not passed on to us.
When your order has been processed you will receive an email from Paypal confirming all the details. This is your proof of purchase. Once this has been issued you can rest assured that your order will be processed and will be delivered as per our Terms and Conditions.
Unwrapping your cake
Please be careful when taking a nappy cake apart. This is best done by firstly removing the bow at the neck and any ribbons, then you are able to pull the cellophane down to the side where you can then delicately slip it out from underneath. Each nappy is secured with a rubber band and each layer is also secured together with a large band. We also use glue and sticky dots on the ribbons.
Dress pins and Safety pins are used in our cakes to secure items to the cake (so they don’t fall off in transit). They are very easy to spot, but please be careful when removing them:
